Rattle Snakebite Aversion Training

In Texas rattlesnakes are increasingly becoming a problem for dogs and their owners as more and more development displaces natural habitat. The rodents and the snakes that eat them are being forced to share the same area with humans and their beloved pets. Consequently, many dog casualties happen at or near their home. To protect your beloved dogs from venomous snakes have them trained by a professional to avoid them.

WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO HAVE YOUR DOGS TRAINED TODAY!

Especially here in West Texas, if a dog is likely to be out and about, it is likely to encounter a rattlesnake at some point in its life. It is at THIS TIME when this training shows its merit and importance.

Now and especially in early Spring and Summer get your dog trained so it will be fresh in its mind all snake season. Training only takes 15 to 30 minutes. Rattlesnake aversion training will help keep your dog(s), and maybe even yourself, from the devastating and costly effects of a venomous snake bite.

Rattlesnake aversion training has been proven safe and effective in helping to prevent dogs from being bitten by rattlesnakes WHETHER YOU‘RE WITH THEM OR NOT.

I will teach your dog the vital importance of recognizing the different sensory cues put off by the venomous rattlesnakes of Texas, specifically the individual species of rattlers found in your own backyard. I use a multi-stage process. Your dog will learn to recognize and avoid the SOUND of the snakes rattle, the particular SCENT of the rattlesnakes in your area, and the DEFENSIVE POSTURE of an aggravated rattlesnake, and last but not least the JUVENILE rattler.

Any size dog will benefit from this training. I have successfully trained thousands of dogs from the largest breeds to the smallest teacup breeds.

“DON’T WAIT” until your beloved pet comes in contact with the devastating and all too often costly effects of a rattlesnake bite. Call or email me to schedule an appointment.
